With over 23 years of experience in the Printer Broker world, specialising in selling and repairing refurbished and new printers and copiers to a diverse global customer base -Danny Keenan is a highly respected printer broker, in the global trade of office, commericial and medical printers and printing equipment.
Danny has a strong Irish heritage, which has shaped his direct, down-to-earth approach to doing business. With a love for travel and discovering new cultures, when the opportunity arose to establish a European arm of the Printer Broker business, there was no hesitation. He has built a dependable reputation for being an extremely hard-working, straight talking, and customer service focused printer broker.
Over more than two decades, Danny has sourced, sold, and exported all types of printers and copiers, with a particular focus on quality used and refurbished printers and copiers. His experience stretches across Europe and markets further afield, giving him first-class knowledge of regional demand, logistics, compliance, and the day-to-day realities of international trade.
Known throughout the industry for his hands-on expertise, Danny understands not just the machines themselves, but the full lifecycle of print equipment; from decommissioning and refurbishment through to resale, export, and getting the very best long-term value. That experience means customers can rely on practical advice, honest answers, and solutions that suit both their market and their budget.
Outside of work, Danny is mad about music and football, loves getting out for long walks, and never turns down the chance to enjoy live music on an international scale. He also has a particular soft spot for jazz and dogs, interests that reflect the same warmth, energy, and down-to-earth spirit he brings to both business and life.
Co-Owner & Chief Engineer
When it comes to printers, Wayne knows them inside out. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in printer repair, servicing, and refurbishment, he has built an outstanding reputation for solving printer problems that others simply can’t.
His deep technical knowledge spans virtually every major manufacturer, and his ability to diagnose and repair even the most challenging faults is second-to-none. Wayne plays a central role in maintaining the high standards The Printer Broker is known for the world over.
Outside of work, Wayne enjoys walking, live music, and rugby. A talented player in his younger years, he now prefers supporting from the sidelines or heading out to local gigs with friends.
Warehouse Manager & Engineer – Barcelona
Calm, capable, and endlessly resourceful, Shanti is the steady hand behind our Barcelona warehouse and engineering operations. In an industry where unexpected issues can arise at any moment, his calm approach and practical mindset are invaluable.
Fittingly, the name “Ohm Shanti” translates to ‘peace’ - something every printer business appreciates when faced with mystery paper jams and technical gremlins.
Shanti brings a wonderfully varied skill-set to the team, with experience as a qualified butcher, window maker, and highly skilled printer engineer. He’s proof that great problem-solving comes from having traversed many paths.
When he’s not keeping operations running smoothly, Shanti enjoys meditation, cheering on Manchester United, and taking centre stage for a bit of karaoke.
Online Sales & Marketing – Barcelona
Ava is the newest addition to The Printer Broker team and brings fresh energy, creativity, and ambition to the business. After completing her studies in the UK, she made the move to Barcelona to join the family business and help shape its next chapter.
With a strong interest in sales, branding, and digital marketing, Ava is focused on expanding The Printer Broker’s online presence and driving exciting new plans across social media and e-commerce.
Away from work, Ava is passionate about music and spends as much of her free time as possible enjoying live gigs and discovering new artists.
Warehouse Supervisor & Engineer - Bolton
Harvey has been a valued member of The Printer Broker team for almost a decade, having joined as an apprentice straight from school. From day one, he showed real dedication and quickly established himself as a key part of the operation.
Today, Harvey is responsible for the first-stage testing of incoming equipment, ensuring every machine meets our standards before entering stock. He also oversees the careful palletising and packaging of larger orders, making sure every delivery arrives in excellent condition.
Outside the warehouse, Harvey is a keen rugby player and music fan. A standout highlight was touring Canada with his local rugby club.
Online Sales & Marketing - Bolton
Phoebe is our e-commerce specialist and the driving force behind our online marketplace success. With extensive experience in eBay sales and attendance at industry roadshows, she has developed a sharp eye for digital selling strategies and customer demand.
Managing UK warehouse stock listings and online inventory, Phoebe ensures customers can quickly find the printer parts and products they need across our online platforms. Her attention to detail helps keep stock accurate, visible, and ready to sell.
When she’s not working online magic, Phoebe enjoys spending time with animals - whether that’s walking her dogs or heading out for a ride on horseback.
